Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 30 March

This post is more than 11 years old

April 5, 2015 by Tessa Shepperson

DaffaodilsIts April!

And in case you hadn’t noticed, we have a new monthly theme – tenancy deposits.

It makes me wonder if I have hidden superpowers – I had no idea, back in December when I worked out the monthly themes, that we would have all these changes to write about.

We also have a new section 8 notice by the way – so if you are about to serve one, make sure (if you serve it on or after 6 April) that you use the new form – its the one that has the bullet points about ground 7A after paragraph 5.

But what happened on the blog?
