Ben and I have been filming again – as you can see – for our ‘Section 21 Special’ episode of Landlord Law TV which is due out on Tuesday.
And, wait for it, Ben has a new Hawaiin shirt!
Of course, no sooner had we set up the camera, lights, etc., than over the road starting drilling – knocking down a big wall I think it was. Typical.
So that is the explanation of the background noise, if any of it gets through.
