The main excitement of the weekend for me was that I was invited to speak on Moneybox on Radio 4 yesterday. You can hear my four minutes worth here about 10 minutes into the program.
Despite the efforts of myself and others, it seems that many many landlords are still ignorant about the new HMO licensing rules coming in, so its good that Moneybox featured it. Although you can’t say a lot in four minutes.
But what happened on the blog last week?
