I visited Hamilton Fraser’s offices on Monday (1 April) and took the opportunity to film another ‘Westminster Briefing’ with Sean Hooker.
Basically, its Sean and I discussing legal and other developments in the Private Rented Sector.
As you will see, at the time of the recording Sean and I had not seen the government’s Guidance on the Tenant Fees Act 2019, although it was in fact (unbeknown to us) released that day.
The purpose of this blog is to provide information, comment and discussion.
