In this webinar, David will be looking at five reasons why ignorance of consumer law can cost you money.

Consumer law is not particularly well known and most landlords assume that it does not apply to them.  However, it does!  Even the smallest landlord with just one property will be treated as a ‘business’ for the purposes of the consumer legislation.   Even more so if you own your property through a limited company.

So landlords need to know what the consumer rules are which apply to them as the penalties can be severe.  In this webinar David will be looking in particular at five issues.
