Getting one to one advice

If you require advice, the following are the various options:

1. My Landlord Law membership site

This has been running since 2001 and has helped thousands of landlords and tenants.  The membership fee is modest, and as a member, you can search the online information for guidance or ask me a question on the member’s discussion forum.

If you want telephone advice, there is a (paid) service here.

2. The Landlord Law Blog Clinic

We have a free blog clinic but note that only  a few of these get answered.

If your question is urgent, there is a paid for ‘fast track’ you can use and get your question answered in a few days.

3. The Renters Guide

This is a (mostly) free information service for renters.

Click here to find out more.  There is a telephone advice service and a list of advice organisations.

4. The Lodger Landlord website

This is my free site for people renting a room to a lodger.

Finally

It would be appreciated if you could use one of these services.
