It looks at the issue of representation of clients in legal proceedings by people and firms who are not properly regulated (by the Solicitors Regulation Authority).
The representative in this case was a qualified CILEX Legal Executive but many people offering this service do not even have this level of qualification. If this is you, you need to carefully consider what you do if you wish to avoid prosecution in future.
