I am delighted to announce that my guest for the February edition of the Landlord Law podcast will be David Lawrenson. David is a property consultant , and the author of best selling book Sucessful Property Letting.

David, who has been a landlord and property investor himself for over 25 years, and trades as Letting Focus, will be talking to me about the following:

the common mistakes landlords make
letting agents and whether landlords should use them
how landlords can cut their costs
property types for investment
seeking out the best mortgages
