It was really nice to see so many people at the Landlord & Letting Show at Excel yesterday.
It was particularly good to catch up with Tom Entwistle of LandlordZone, Paul Shamplina of Landlord Action and in particular Alan Ward of the Residential Landlords Association. Not to mention the delightful Alison Persson who I have known on twitter for so long.
If you attended one of my talks and requested a copy of my powerpoints, you should have got them by now as I sent them out last night.
