Here is another longish clip – 4.28 minutes from our Conference Course.

This clip is solicitor Simon Parrott of Sharman Law in Bedford talking about agency law.

I have chosen a clip from the middle where Simon talks about the agents fiduciary duty – this is so important in law but is totally ignored by so many agents!

Sadly many landlords are unaware of their rights under agency law so just put up with it. Take a look and see what you think:
