The Landlord Law Blog 2013 readers survey

This post is more than 12 years old

September 2, 2013 by Tessa Shepperson

Do it on your phoneHere on the Landlord Law Blog we are always thinking of how we can change things to make them better and more relevant for you, the reader.

However before we can do this – we need to know a bit more about you and what you want!

I have therefore, in consultaiton with Ben and Samir, set up a survey on Survey Monkey and I would be REALLY grateful if you could have a go.

There are in total 24 questions but most of them are multiple choice where all you have to do is click a button.  The others are just there for you to give extra information if you want to.

Its really easy to do – you can even do it on your mobile phone if you want!  (Something to while away the tedium of your railway journey perhaps?)

A free ebook for you

I don’t expect you to do this for nothing of course!  EVERYONE who does the survey will then be able to download a short ebook on ‘Legal Things’.

This is a collection of a few of the most useful general law posts on the blog – including the most popular post of all time which is my post on ‘Without Prejudice’.

There are also articles on the common law, mesne profits and how to write legal letters.

The ebook is in pdf format and once you have completed the survey and clicked the ‘done’ button you will be taken to a page where you can download it to your computer.

Successful Property LettingAnd a prize draw

You also have the option to be entered into  a prize draw – the prize being the most recent edition of David Lawrensons ever popular book ‘Successful Property Letting’.

This is THE book on property lettings and even experienced landlords can learn something form it.  So its a good prize.

Many thanks to David and his publishers for providing the book.  The prize winner will be announced at the end of October.

So please – have a go at the survey for us!

You will find it >> here.
