Landord Law Blog Roundup from 30 June

This post is more than 11 years old

July 6, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

Easy Law Training Weekly TipsI have been doing a lot of work on the Easy Law Training websites today – all the workshop sales pages have had to be re-done as they have been moved to a new domain.

You can see them all here.

I have also done a bit of a re-branding exercise on the School for Landlords Updater – which is now the Easy Law Training Updater.

Its a little updating tips email I do every Tuesday and which comes with a free tips guide.  You can sign up here.

Tuesday

Agents rights to inspect tenanted property without notice

This is about whether agents can turn up to inspect a rented property without giving any notice to the tenant.  Quite a few comments on this one – read them here …

Wednesday

The Property Redress Scheme – for the other 40%

I have been asked to go on the Council of the Property Redress Scheme – one of the three government authorised Ombudsman schemes for letting agents.  Read my story here …

Thursday

What are a tenant’s options after losing at adjudication?

Another blog clinic question, this time from a tenant who has lost his claim at adjudication, in part, and asks what his remedies are.  Find out here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #160

Ben has got a new dog so dog jokes abound in this weeks column.  Count them here …
