This post is more than 10 years old

December 15, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

Morning coffeeI spent such a lot of time working on the new Tenancy Agreements Course over the weekend that I completely forgot to do the round up post!

So I had better do it today.

Here goes.  What happened on the blog last week:

Tuesday

Can a landlord by purchase require sitting tenants to pay for new referencing?

Tenants are worried by their new landlords who want them to pay for re-referencing and pay a new deposit.  What can they do?  See here …

Wednesday

Is the landlord responsible for fitting ground floor window locks?

Seems a bit mean that this landlord was refusing to do this, in a high value property too!  What do you think?  Find out more here …

Thursday

What should you do if your landlord dies intestate?

Contrary to what you think, that does not end the tenanacy.  See why here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #183

Ben confesses that he is a failure, and then discusses Christmas cards and greedy landlords.  Read it here ...

Saturday

Tenancy Agreements – a new Easy Law Training Online Course

The aforementioned course which  I have been doing over the weeked.  I have nearly finished part 3 .  Read about it here …
