Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 2 November

This post is more than 10 years old

November 8, 2015 by Tessa Shepperson

Just thinkingI have spent several quiet hours this weekend updating fully my Section 21 Guide and the Which Possession Proceedings Guide on Landlord Law.

We also now have the new forms online (although I doubt many people will be using them for a few months).

It is all getting very complicated now though, what with different rules for England and Wales, and in England, different rules depending on when the tenancy started.

So much for Government reducing red tape …

But what happened on the blog?
