I seem to be getting more support and telephone advice requests recently. I suppose it is a function of our increased membership at Landlord Law.
So I am pleased to have two new pieces of software to help me. I’m now using Calendly to schedule my advice calls, which makes it all a lot simpler.
I have also now installed a Zendesk help system on Landlord Law for technical support, which works via a cool green button on all the pages. You can read the support articles right there on the page or submit a support ticket. It makes everything much easier.
