Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 15 February

This post is more than 10 years old

February 20, 2016 by Tessa Shepperson

Telephone adviceI seem to be getting more support and telephone advice requests recently.  I suppose it is a function of our increased membership at Landlord Law.

So I am pleased to have two new pieces of software to help me. I’m now using Calendly to schedule my advice calls, which makes it all a lot simpler.

I have also now installed a Zendesk help system on Landlord Law for technical support, which works via a cool green button on all the pages.  You can read the support articles right there on the page or submit a support ticket.  It makes everything much easier.
