How to bring yourself (& your staff) up to date with the law in just one day

Landlord Law Conference 2016

At the Landlord Law Conference 2016

Its been a hell of a year for landlords and agents, what with one thing and another!

After the Deregulation Act amendments for deposits, came the agents transparency regulations and new forms, then came the new section 21 regs, the new smoke alarm regs and then this year the right to rent regs.

More changes are coming with a new Immigration bill due to intensify the right to rent checks, a Housing and Planning bill due to bring in more enforcement measures against non-compliant landlords, and the government is threatening to change the HMO licensing regs.

So it’s nice to know that there is one reliable event where you can go to get legal updates on all these things.

Put 12 May 2016 in your diary

This is the date of our Landlord Law Conference 2016 where we have ten legal talks, all on important legal topics.

So you can come along and brush up your legal knowledge, make new friends and network with colleagues.

We also have some brilliant exhibitors and over the next couple of weeks I will be doing some articles featuring them and what they do.

Sign up for some FREE webinars

I am also going to be doing a series of webinars with some of our exhibitors and speakers over the next few weeks.  Starting with John King of our main sponsors TDS – who will be speaking at the conference on Tenancy Deposit Adjudications.

We are still putting the webinar together at the time of writing, but you can sign up to be notified  here.
