An interview with John Stewart of the Residential Landlords Association

This post is more than 10 years old

March 30, 2016 by Tessa Shepperson

Today we had our second Landlord Law Live webinar in this series which was with John Stewart, the Policy and Communications Manager at the Residential Landlords Association. I seem to be dogged with technical issues with my webinars as

  1. A lot of people seemed to be unable to log in and
  2. Those who had logged in seemed to be thrown out after I displayed the results of a short poll I had done
  3. John also lost his connection for a short period at the end

I was not aware of the issues at the time as I was concentrating on the interview with John. Thankfully the webinar was recorded and so I am able to let you have the recording to listen to below and the power point, also below (which has clickable links) plus you can download it here.

Apologies to everyone who was inconvenienced.  However it looks like the cause of the problem has been identified and should not occur again.

You can listen to the talk via the player below:

Having been unable to listen to the webinar due to those unfortunate technical difficulties I was pleased to catch up courtesy of the podcast. John and Tessa made many helpful comments including timely warnings about future problems for landlords. I have had to listen to some sections of the podcast several times to be able to write down so much relevant information.
    Thank you, John and Tessa!
