Green improvement support for landlords from Local Authorities – South Derbyshire District Council to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council

Green ImprovementsWe continue our series on ‘green improvement’ grants and support provided by local authorities to landlords and tenants. This post covers South Derbyshire Council to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council

South Derbyshire

South Derbyshire does not seem to offer any grants or funds from their website. However, Derbyshire county council offer grants here.

South Gloucestershire Council

South Gloucestershire council has a home energy loan which can be found here

South Hams Council

South Hampshire have a LEAP and an ECO grant which can be found here

South Holland District Council

South Holland is part of the Lincs4WarmerHomes grant scheme, which can be found here

South Kesteven District Council

South Kesteven is part of the Lincs4WarmerHomes scheme, which can be found here.

South Norfolk Council

All available grants and funding can be found from the main page here. Take note of section 5-7.

South Northamptonshire District Council

South Northamptonshire is part of Northamptonshire Warm Homes scheme. Information can be found here

South Oxfordshire Council

South Oxfordshire council has an ECO grant which can be found here

South Ribble Borough Council

South Ribble has an ECO grant which can be located here.

South Somerset District Council

South Somerset has a Home Repair Grant which can include energy efficiency. Information can be found here

South Staffordshire District Council

South Staffordshire has the warmer homes grant as well as the ECO grant. Information can be found here

South Tyneside District Council

The mainpage for energy advice can be found here

Southampton City Council

There is the Southampton Healthier Homes grant, which can be found here

Southend on sea Council

Unfortunately, Southend are not able to offer housing grants or assistance, as shown here

Southwark London Borough Council

Southwark do not seem to offer any grants, but homeowners can enquire using the contact details found here

Spelthorne Council

Spelthorne council are part of the Action Surrey group which offers advice and grants. Information and further grants can be found here

St Albans District Council

All available grants and advice links can be found here

St Helens Metropolitan Council

Available grants can be found here

Stafford Borough Council

The council offer funding through the Warmer Homes Stafford found here

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council

All available funds and grants can be found on the mainpage here
