Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 10 February

This post is more than 12 years old

February 15, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

Coffee and cakeYou know when you are supposed to be doing one thing, all you really want to do is something completely different?

I’m supposed to be writing up my notes for my Tenancy Agreements Workshop (and I will do them) but I have been side tracked by a new exciting project.

I’ll be announcing it properly in a few days time so all I will say right now is that it will be a live event and involves a mystery guest.

But what happened on the blog?

Monday

Tuesday

Drafting section 8 repossession notices based on rent arrears

This post is part case report and part information about section 8 notices.  Worth knowing about the case though.  Read about it here …

Wednesday

What can we do about black mould on the walls?

This is a blog clinic question where the tenants have black mould on the walls.  What can they do about it?  See what we said here …

Thursday

Landlord Law Conference Lead Sponsors TDS – #lllconf

As you should know, our Conference is due to take place on 28 March.  If its anything like last years conference it will be a great event.  Find out a bit more about our lead sponsors TDS here …

Friday

Ben Reeve Lewis Friday Newsround #141

Ben is just back from Gleneagles and can’t help comparing it to some of the places he has to visit professionally.  He also has a look at a new type of bin man, and discusses legal aid and hotel horrors in Sochi.  Find it all here …
