Landlord Law blogAugust is a funny month.  The depths of the holiday season when most people are on holiday.

No doubt our new government is taking the time to do some quiet planning, including  hopefully a change of policy with regards to housing.  The May government has no reason to hold to the policies of Mr. Osborne so lets hope they don’t.  All the official reports say the same thing.  It would be nice if notice could be taken of them.
