The Landlord Law Conference (sponsored by Hamilton Fraser) is getting closer. This short series will look at the Conference talks we have on offer and how they will help you.
Sam Madge-Wyld – Landlords obligations for repair and fitness for habitation
There has been a lot of focus this year on fitness for human habitation with the new Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 coming into force only last week.
We have this covered in the Conference as regular speaker, Housing Barrister Sam Madge Wyld (of Tanfield Chambers) will be speaking both about the new act and the existing disrepair rules so landlords are fully up to date.
