The Landlord Law Wales Conference took place in Cardiff on 15 May 2015.

The Keynote speaker was Professor Martin Partington CBE QC, who lead the Law Commission Renting Homes Project which has inspired the Welsh reforms.

In this important talk, Professor Partington explains the background to the reforms and why they are necessary.

This is essential watching for EVERYONE involved in housing, not just private landlords in Wales.
