Landlord Law Blog looks back on 2025

December 20, 2025 by Tessa Shepperson

Christmas 2025So here we are at the end of a momentous year for Landlords with the passing of the 2025 Renters’ Rights Act.

We at the Landlord Law Blog are now closing down for Christmas, and no new posts will be published until early January.

However, if you want something to read, the following links will find most of our 2025 articles.

Renters’ Rights Act 2025 posts – I recommend you read these before anything else, as they will help you get a grip on the new legislation.

Renters’ Rights Bill posts – these are the posts I wrote on the new legislation when it was still going through Parliament.

Roundup posts

These are the posts which list all our posts in each month of the year:

  • January
  • February
  • March
  • April
  • May
  • June
  • July
  • August

Have yourself a very merry Christmas and New Year and we will see you again in a few weeks time!
