Landlord Law Blog Roundup from 17 November

This post is more than 11 years old

November 23, 2014 by Tessa Shepperson

Section 21 GuideAlthough the Spencer v. Taylor case on section 21 notices has simplified things in many ways, it has also introduced new complexities.

I have now finally managed to get a section 21 guide up on Landlord Law about all this, along with a new combined form.

The Guide will take you through all the issues that arise with section 21 notices and direct you to the correct form to create for your situation. And tell you how to work out the expiry date.
