Brexit. Well, the people have spoken, and I for one feel profoundly depressed about it.
I have been reading this website which makes it clear the amount of re-negotiation that will need to be done. Some of our trade agreements have taken many years to put in place – and we will have a deadline of just two years to re-negotiate. That’s not a good position to be in.
The only thing to do is to try to make the best of it.
Most people were actually unhappy with the EU as it stands – even if like me you voted to remain. So perhaps we have a chance to make a new shining world for ourselves.
Lets hope so.
