This is the most important of my various services and is an online information service and membership site for residential landlords. Services include information, documents, regular training and a members forum where I answer questions. Find out more about the Landlord Law membership services here.

- The Renters Guide – this is a largely free service for tenants and other renters
- The Lodger Landlord – this is a free information service for people renting a room in their home to lodgers
- Your Law Store – this is a small e-commerce site selling mostly lodger and related forms.
